Before operation, ensure proper engine oil and fuel mix, check drill head tightness, and wear protective gear. For concrete sleeper drilling, connect cooling water and maintain steady pressure. Use specified fuel mix (2-stroke 1:25 + 93# unleaded petrol). Clean drill head after use, inspect and replace worn components. Perform full maintenance every 500 hours or 6 months. Store in dry, ventilated area when idle.
